_builder_version=&#8221;4.9.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>REHABILITACI\u00d3 VESTIBULAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La rehabilitaci\u00f3 vestibular s\u00f3n una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;exercicis per compensar la p\u00e8rdua de facultats en el sistema vestibular i de l&#8217;equilibri.<br \/> Hi ha alguns d&#8217;aquests exercicis que s\u00f3n senzills i que la persona pot fer a casa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXERCICIS VISUALS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Amb el ratol\u00ed de l\u2019ordinador, tra\u00e7ar ones i seguir el tra\u00e7 amb la mirada.<\/li>\n<li>Fixar-se en el text a l\u2019ordinador i moure aquest text amunt i avall amb el ratol\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Moure els ulls a dreta i esquerra mentre es mira un panell de ratlles verticals negres i blanques.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenint la mirada sobre una lectura, moure el cap.<\/li>\n<li>Girar el cap a una banda i que els ulls girin a la banda contr\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>Passar-se la pilota d\u2019una m\u00e0 a una altra, seguint el moviment amb la mirada.<\/li>\n<li>Caminar per un passad\u00eds amb quadres a l\u2019al\u00e7ada dels ulls, movent el cap d\u2019un costat a un altre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243; Girar 10 vegades a un costat i al parar fixar la mirada fins que es passi la sensaci\u00f3 de mareig.
